The Golden State Warriors wanted to give fans the superstar treatment by creating broadcast-style player introductions featuring them as the stars. The challenge was developing a seamless virtual production photobooth that could handle thousands of fans throughout the season, creating personalized content with their names and chosen numbers while delivering professional-quality videos instantly for social media sharing.
We created a fully custom virtual production photobooth experience with bespoke backend software. Fans signed up by submitting their names and choosing jersey numbers, triggering our system to generate custom graphics in real-time. Using virtual production technology, we composited front and back plates as fans walked through the booth, creating broadcast-quality 15-second intro videos. The system automatically texted videos to users for immediate social sharing.
Over the Warriors season, 14,000 fans experienced our virtual production photobooth, each receiving their personalized player intro video. The activation created authentic fan engagement while generating massive social media content, with thousands of shareable videos extending the Warriors brand reach. The seamless technology integration transformed ordinary fans into basketball superstars, creating memorable experiences that strengthened fan loyalty and amplified game-day excitement.
